The annual offer has a lower advertised monthly equivalent, but it is still a longer prepaid commitment. A cheaper monthly headline is not a reason to buy a year of a product you have barely evaluated. More importantly for a buyer, it describes processing of interactions, including prompts and outputs, to operate the service and for specified improvement, research and safety purposes.
The notice says interaction information may be aggregated, anonymized or de-identified for activities including model development, with possible human review of de-identified or anonymized interactions. It also explains that third-party language-model providers or hosters may receive chatbot message content. Those provisions are incompatible with a simple claim that nobody else can ever access your conversations.
Retention is not one universal deletion timer. The account-data section generally describes three years after the last account activity, with qualifications and a deletion-request route. Financial and transactional data have a separate ten-year period. Stopping a subscription is therefore not equivalent to erasing every category of information.
Our conclusion is practical rather than alarmist: a hosted adult companion is an inappropriate place for information whose exposure would seriously harm you. Do not assume that a cancellation preserves a media balance indefinitely or that a later resubscription restores old unused tokens. Refunds are a separate question. The published subscription/non-token refund section describes a 24-hour request window, refusal after more than 20 tokens have been used, and card-purchase restrictions.
